To meet our customers’ demands in many sectors of industry for various uses such as for construction, pipes, gas cylinders, guard rails, lighting poles, stainless steel water tanks, carrosserie, folding gates, and many others, we are supplying in coil or plate with the shearing or slitting size based on customers’ requests. We can provide in big tonnage or small tonnage for our customers.
Cold Rolled Coils (CRC)
Not only Hot Rolled Coils. We are also providing Cold Rolled Coils that are produced from the cold rolling process. Cold Rolled Coil is often called as “white plate” which is essentially hot rolled steel that has been through further processing. To meet our customers’ demands in many sectors of industry for various uses such as for making shelves, fire extinguishers, home appliances, automotive, and many others, we are also providing tooling process such as shearing and slitting with various sizes following to customers’ requests.

The metal material in the form of a wire that is coiled and shipped. In the case of steel wire, it is classified based on its material, such as mild steel wire, hard steel wire, piano wire, welding rod core wire, and stainless steel wire. The wire is finished from a steel billet in one go by a hot rolling mill to a diameter of 5 to 20 millimeters, but to make it even thinner, it is drawn through a die tool at room temperature. Mild steel wire is drawn directly from the hot-rolled material with a wire drawing machine, but in the case of hard steel wire, it is reheated to around 900°C, then rapidly cooled to about 550°C to form a structure called pearlite, in which iron carbide (Fe3C, known as cementite) is arranged in extremely fine layers. This process is called patenting. Wire materials are used directly for springs and steel wires, and also serve as materials for bolts and nails. Hard steel wire containing 0.65 to 0.95% carbon is also known as piano wire.
Stainless steel, also known as inox, corrosion-resistant steel (CRES), and non stain steel, is an alloy of iron that is resistant to rusting and corrosion. It contains iron with chromium and other elements such as molybdenum, carbon, nickel and nitrogen depending on its specific use and cost. Stainless steel's resistance to corrosion results from the 10.5%, or more, chromium content which forms a passive film that can protect the material and self-heal in the presence of oxygen. The alloy's properties, such as luster and resistance to corrosion, are useful in many applications.
Stainless steel can be rolled into sheets, plates, bars, wire, and tubing. These can be used in cookware, cutlery, surgical instruments, major appliances, vehicles, construction material in large buildings, industrial equipment (e.g., in paper mills, chemical plants, water treatment), and storage tanks and tankers for chemicals and food products. Some grades are also suitable for forging and casting.
